Sara Bareilles, tonight July 9th, 2008 on Jay Leno. I’ve only heard ‘Love Song’ but it’s good. And I leave the TV running on late night NBC whenever I’m home, so I’ll record the performance. First time using the recording capabilities of the Pinnacle TV Tuner. I should be able to set the recording time and have it automatically record and stop. Laptop TV tuner: Nifty little product

I live in a small apartment and having a TV could mean taking up precious space. A good alternative is to buy one of these Pinnacle HD Pro Stick adapters, where you can hook up a cable jack into the adapter, and channel it through USB. What’s also great is that it has Tivo capabilities as well, utilizing your hard drive as storage space. If you don’t have cable, it also includes an antenna where you can receive digital over-the-air channels. Great product.
Jay Leno: The Dark Knight is best film

Tonight Jay Leno said before inviting Aaron Eckhart to the stage that The Dark Knight is the best film of the year. Now technically Jay Leno is not a professional film critic, but realize that he watches just as many films as the critics do, largely for the purpose of researching guest roles. He has also been a guest critic with Richard Roeper in place of Roger Ebert. This guy knows his films, and if he says The Dark Knight is the best film of the year so far, I’m inclined to believe his judgment. Combine that with the incredible early reviews, and it looks like another Nolan masterpiece. The Dark Knight hits theaters July 18th!
